After receiving an automated confirmation email, an approval email will follow. In the approval email, please check that your request is accepted/declined/waitlisted before travelling. Please refer to the booking system for a full list of URLs to the streams of each competition venue. For medallists' conferences, which are&nbsp;live&nbsp;streamed only&nbsp;on Info, these Teams URLs serve as the chat box to submit questions.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Language services: </strong></p>\n\n<p>During all medallists’ conferences, simultaneous interpretation is provided in five languages: English, Japanese, and three additional languages—chosen depending on the medallists—from Arabic, French, German, Italian, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.</p>\n\n<p>In other press conferences, interpretation will mainly be available in English, with one additional language chosen accordingly.</p>\n\n<p><strong>VENUE MEDIA LOUNGE</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Adjacent to the VMC on the north side.</p>\n\n<p>The lounge is&nbsp;generally&nbsp;open on competition days from three hours before competition&nbsp;or 6:00 am, till four hours after competition or 11:00 pm. Wi-Fi and shared CATV are available in most cases for free of charge.
